O.R.C.A. - Yu Setsuna (Tactical ORCA)

Yu Setsuna is one of the first squad members to meet the protagonist.
She is a military android built under the Tactical O.R.C.A program — Omni-purpose Robotic Control Architecture.
Like all combat units of her kind, her primary directive is the reconstruction of humanity.
She joined the squad with the mission of rescuing the protagonist.

Though surprised to learn that her orders came not from a human commander but from an AI, she expresses relief that the protagonist is, in fact, human.
She asks the protagonist to take command — and together, they set out on a mission to rebuild what was lost.

She may be sharp-tongued and aloof, but her marksmanship is nothing short of exceptional.
